Hello there, I’m Rachael

My professional endeavor is to provide my clients with the ability to do what they love to do without pause due to muscular instabilities, compensations, and limitations. Motion is essential, and I want the only hang-up to be when you can work out and play next.

Like any active person, I’ve acquired injuries. In 2018, I had an ACL setback -80% rupture. I opted for the quad tendon repair. The latest was a “middle-aged tennis injury.’ a 2nd-degree medial gastrocnemius sprain-lower leg. I like to play harder than my body may be ready for sometimes. I have learned two aspects from these healing experiences and continue to be humbled: Slow Down more than you think and give Gratitude for all of your body’s work in the recovery process.

Simple, Profound, and Essential.

I love to be part of my clients’ experience of motion without pain and pause and how great it feels to help them tap into optimal muscle function. Like Years dropping from joints, we can all play, work out, and push our limits, like kids, free from hang-ups and injuries.

I look forward to flipping your story and breaking up rust in your motion. It is Everything to move with ease.
