Aria Healing with Sound

Aria is a gem of a practitioner.  My first sound bath was in 2019, and I was swept up with how the brain chatter I brought to the mat was combed out by singing bowls, gongs, and bells, clearing the noise and leaving me with a calmer nervous system. I treat myself to sound baths at least quarterly as a body-brain balance, and recently, I started adding one-on-one sessions with Aria.  Music and sound therapy are powerful and reach levels of healing that I have not experienced in other ways.  Aria is gifted and attuned to how the body responds to the sounds and receives healing. Check her out on her site or socials to see how you may experience this type of healing.

Inside the Blu Room Wellness Center

Blu Room with Sara Biermann

Every time I visit the Blu Room Wellness Center in Washington, MO, and work with Sara, I leave feeling inspired to create and am more clear about what I want to make happen next in my personal life and business.  It is funny how I can get into my way of forward movement and through change, and I realize when I need outside guidance and insight. Sara’s intuitive and nurturing work has helped me get past these blocks I was experiencing. The Blu Room is a mirrored room that offers a supercharge to the body with UVB rays that jump-start healing, charging your T-cells, and boosting the immune system. I enjoy it on a cloudy day, and it also feels great in the summer; I like it better than an infrared or heated sauna.

Scott Pondrom of The Design Deli

I was seeking a way to make my office feel better than just painted as asked for recommendations. I am thrilled with the beautiful mural Scott created in my space and how easy it was to co-create what I wanted it to be. It makes my room seem more open and calming. You can see his work around the St. Louis area, especially in the Grove area. Check him out on Instagram @scotpierre.

Upper Limits

I began sport climbing in 2003 to empower my body and mind to get outside the gym. I find that sport-climbing decompresses my joints, builds strength, and helps me get present. I started at Upper Limits (UL) in 2005. This gym constantly keeps setting/putting up classic routes, helping me push my limits and keeping me strong while offering a level of intensity and a variety of routes for climbing every week.
